Good to see the aesthetics!!! But on long run the patient’s two teety gets loosen and evantually the denture gets useless ! I know u made it absolutely stunning doc ! But it could only sustain for months to few yrs … then later ? But , few times patient might not agree to remove the tooth !! Anyways itz awesome doc ❤🎉!!

Because you need normal abutments so the dentist must remove the provisional PMMA and wait for the definitive.
